Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully ask that you give at least 24 hrs notice. We’d be happy to apply your deposit to rescheduled appointments only.
IF YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT OR FAIL TO GIVE US 24 HOURS NOTICE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A FEE OF 50% OF YOUR SERVICE TOTAL.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN YOU FORGET OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT GIVING ENOUGH NOTICE, WE MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THAT APPOINTMENT TIME AND CLIENTS ON OUR WAITING LIST MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE SERVICES THEY NEED.
